Door, Palace, Seoul Korea

Instead of glass, doors in this palace have a paper backing to keep the wind out and allow some of the light in. As people walk around the palace, they inevitably do what people do - poke holes in the paper. It must be a little satisfying, like popping bubble wrap. But it is destructive all the same.
