Hands on the subway, #1, revised, Seoul, Korea

After considering some previous comments I've taken this photo and reworked it in colour. I would be interested in any comments. Please compare it to the previous one

Color for this one - although I DO remember admiring the mono; somehow, whatever you are using to bring out the glow on these colored versions is highly successful, like an old masters painting.

@Sidonie: Thanks, I am happier with this one now. Originally I had conceived of this series as being in black and white. Many people wear dark jackets on the subway, but despite it being quite cold, relatively few people wear gloves (I am from Canada so I notice these things...) The original idea was a response, I suppose, to seeing peoples' hands emerging from thick heavy coats.

Love this capture and the cross precesed feel to it. 100 times better than the B&W version in my veiw, you have actually giving me an idea of shots to take next time I am on the Subway, Really love the colour images.

Excellent! I criticised the b and w version because I thought the hands looked boring and lacking character, but here you've really succeeded in bringing that character out. First rate work on the colour processing, and if I might be so bold, see if you can get your black and white processing up to this level. Wonderful image.

Night and day difference in this compared to the b/w for sure. I am a big fan of the whole cross-processing idea. I think for you hands this works great.
