I stood on this corner for about 20 minutes, waiting for an interesting composition to happen. There were hundreds of motorcycles passing by every minute - HCMC (Saigon) is not a city for cars; the motorbikes rule the road. I held my camera above me head and waited for something to happen. The motion blurring is 'natural' here - no real editing was done to this image apart from some cropping and slight blurring in the background

Certainly conveys the feeling of hub bub and haste! Great shot for the extreme motion blur.

@Sidonie: Thank you. Ho Chi Minh is not really a relaxing place; it's very fast paced. surprisingly so.

@Makoto: Thanks, I didn't know how loud it was with all the motorbikes until I returned to Seoul, Korea. Then, for the first time ever, the city felt quiet.

Great sense of speedy motion! I also like how there's there's the girl slowly pushing the cart in the foreground for comparison.
